Collaborative guest lists and table seating for weddings.
GuestSeat simplifies wedding reception planning when couples need to organize hundreds of guests across groups and tables. Hosts create categories (Family, Friends, Work, University), assign table numbers, and sync changes in real time so both partners edit the same list from separate devices. Per-guest records capture RSVP status, phone numbers, group assignment, table placement, and notes. Excel import and export lets planners share data with venues and caterers, while occupancy counters on each table prevent over-seating.
The problem
Reception planning for a few hundred guests was a shared spreadsheet that went out of date the moment both partners edited it. Tables were over-seated, and the venue still needed an Excel file.
What we shipped
GuestSeat is a shared guest list and seating plan. Hosts create groups such as Family, Friends, Work, and University, assign table numbers, and edit the same list from two phones. Each guest holds RSVP, phone, group, table, and notes.

Flutter on the device. Cloud Firestore syncs the list. Cloud Functions and ExcelJS build the spreadsheet export.
