Hosts create categories (Family, Friends, Work, University), assign table numbers, and sync changes in real time so both partners edit the same list from separate devices. Per-guest records capture RSVP status, phone numbers, group assignment, table placement, and notes. Excel import and export lets planners share data with venues and caterers, while occupancy counters on each table prevent over-seating.
