AI-powered Salon Manager
Multi-location salon business management for owners and staff.

An all-in-one operations platform for salon chains running multiple locations, retail inventory, and client messaging from one dark-mode dashboard. Owners monitor total revenue, upcoming and completed orders, and cancellation rates at a glance, then drill into per-location performance. Staff manage product catalogues with categories and pricing, maintain location profiles with photos and addresses, and chat with clients in threaded conversations with media attachments. Biometric login and social sign-in reduce friction for busy front-desk teams.
The problem
A salon chain running more than one location was splitting the day across spreadsheets, a separate till, and chat apps. Owners could not see revenue, cancellations, and stock in one place, and front-desk staff lost time signing in between clients.
What we shipped
Salon Manager is one operations platform for locations, retail inventory, and client messaging. Owners see total revenue, upcoming and completed orders, and cancellation rate, then drill into a single location. Staff manage the catalogue, location profiles, and threaded client chats with media attachments.
Biometric login and social sign-in keep the desk moving. Stripe Billing handles the subscription side of the business.
How it works
- Owner dashboard for revenue, orders, and cancellations across locations
- Per-location profiles with photos, addresses, and performance
- Product catalogue with categories and pricing
- Client chat with threaded messages and attachments
- Biometric and social sign-in for front-desk staff
The mobile app is Flutter. The API is Node and Express on PostgreSQL, with Socket.io for live chat and Cloudinary for media.
AI stack
Intelligence in this product is a set of tools with a job, not a chatbot on the home screen.
- RAG
Owner and staff questions are answered from that location's revenue, catalogue, and client threads, not from a generic model reply.
- LangChain
Retrieval, the operations tools, and the reply are chained so the assistant stays inside the dashboard workflow.
- Vector DB
Products, location notes, and conversation history are embedded so a vague question still finds the right record.
- Tools
The assistant can look up revenue, check inventory, and open a client thread instead of only chatting.
